Spécialisé dans la fabrication et la distribution de systèmes de climatisation et de ventilation, Atlantic Climatisation et Traitement de l’Air (640 personnes), basé à Meyzieu en région lyonnaise, recrute un ingénieur homologation (f/h) pour son site industriel, dans un contexte de croissance de l’activité et des effectifs.

Mission

Dans l’équipe d’Arnaud, responsable bureau d’études, votre mission est de garantir l’adéquation entre les produits à homologuer (ventilation et climatisation) et nos besoins en termes de performances, environnement du produit, qualité, etc… Vous avez un rôle majeur dans la démarche qualité de nos produits et donc la satisfaction de nos clients.

Pour cela, vous :
- Construisez et animez un planning des homologations selon les demandes internes (bureau d’étude, achats, marketing…) et assurer un suivi des indicateurs,
- Définissez les critères d’homologation en analysant les besoins des produits (performances, environnement produit, qualité…),
- Analysez les données techniques à réception (certificats, fiches techniques, rapports…),
- Demandez les données d’essais manquantes à nos fournisseurs, et éventuellement, assistez aux essais permettant d’obtenir ces données,
- Rédigez les documents d’homologation et les diffuser.

Vous pouvez être amené à participer de manière transverse à des projets interne pour partager vos connaissances liées à l’activité d’homologation.
Ponctuellement, vous pouvez être amené à réaliser des essais aérauliques et thermodynamiques.

Des déplacements en France et à l’international sont à prévoir chez nos fournisseurs.

Profil :

• De formation ingénieur avec une première expérience en homologation produit et qualité fournisseurs ou technicien avec 10 ans d’expérience
• Bonnes connaissances règlementaires : directives machines, CEM, BT…
• Maîtrise du pack Office

Idéalement, vous possédez des connaissances générales en électricité/électronique ainsi que des compétences techniques telles que la mécanique, l’aéraulique et la thermodynamique.
La connaissance du monde du bâtiment serait un plus.

Mission

As part of Arnaud’s team, head of the design office, your mission is to guarantee the adequacy between the products to be approved (ventilation and air conditioning) and our needs in terms of performance, product environment, quality, etc. You have a major role in the quality approach of our products and therefore the satisfaction of our customers.

To do this, you :
- Build and lead a schedule of approvals according to internal requests (design office, purchasing, marketing …) and ensure a follow-up of indicators,
- Define approval criteria by analyzing product requirements (performance, product environment, quality, etc.),
- Analyze technical data upon receipt (certificates, data sheets, reports, etc.),
- Request missing test data from our suppliers, and if necessary, attend the tests to obtain these data,
- Write the approval documents and distribute them.

You may be required to participate in a transverse manner in internal projects to share your knowledge related to the approval activity.
From time to time, you may be required to carry out aerodynamic and thermodynamic tests.

Travel in France and internationally is to be expected at our suppliers.

Profile:
Engineering background with a first experience in product and supplier quality approval or technician with 10 years of experience
Good knowledge of regulations: machine directives, EMC, LV, etc.
Mastery of the Office pack

Ideally, you have general knowledge in electricity/electronics as well as technical skills such as mechanics, aeraulics and thermodynamics.
Knowledge of the building industry would be a plus.
