We are looking for an International Customer Support Specialist to interact with customers to answer their questions, solve their issues, improve their experience of Groover, identify and report bugs and feedback to the team.

Your primary responsibility will be to create for artists the best experience possible on the web platform. This position is based in North America, and open to Central & South America-based applicants.

You will be supporting our artists and artists representatives when the French Team is sleeping ; and gathering insights on the use of the product by North American users.


Profil recherché

• You already have a customer support experience in another company ;
• You are organized and know how to prioritize ;
• You are sociable and you love to communicate with artists ;
• You can work in full autonomy and with an outstanding reactivity (answers as soon as possible on Intercom (< 1 min), to avoid that the user leaves the page) ;
• Enthusiastic, persistent, positive and remains confident ;
• You have empathy and understanding ;
• You are based in the US / Canada / Mexico and you have knowledge when it comes to North American customer support ;
• You can write perfectly in French and in English (without any fault and clearly)
• Bonus: Mastering a 3rd language such as Spanish or Portuguese ;
• Bonus: Knowledge of a support tools (Intercom, Zendesk etc.) ;
• Bonus: Sales experience in another company ;
• Bonus: Working with artists and/or music professionals ;
