We are looking for a Head of Music Curators to join our Business Team and work alongside Dorian (co-founder of Groover). Your mission is to be sure all curators & music pros are well selected, activated, satisfied and retained on the groover.co platform. You we will also be in charge to grow the community of new music curators on Groover.

Main goal: building an active of community of 5,000 curators and pros by December 2023 in North America, Europe and South America for all music genres

Missions

• Growth of our community of music curators and pros: keep on growing and building our community of curators in Europe, North and South America. In all music genres
=> Target to increase the community to 5K active curators (by Dec 2023) and 12K (by Dec 2025)

• Managing and ensuring the satisfaction of our community of curators : simplify the onboarding and the activity of our curators, build events and process to help curators become more and more active
=> Answer rate within the week of 90% for our community of active curators, NPS > 50, global enthusiasm for curators

• Building and managing the network of local ambassadors in all the countries in which Groover is present : US, Canada, Italy, UK, Brazil and more. Ambassadors are in charge of sourcing and onboarding new curators locally.
=> Target to have a network of 1 active ambassador operating in each key city for Groover

• Building the best community of curators to help artists: curators are the natural and organic leverage for artist satisfaction and growth
=> Target to keep our 25% acceptance rate


Profil recherché

• You have a bilingual level in English. Ideally, you already worked out of France and you can work in a multi-cultural environment easily
• You already gathered, structured and managed a community of thousands of active people in a previous experience by implementing process and events
• You are very organized and efficient, detail-oriented
• You have already managed or led a team
• You have great relationship skills and a good natural communication ;
• You’re caring, observant to people dynamics and appreciate solving problems for other people ;
• You’re passionate about building a community, building a group around values and helping them makes you happy ;
• You’re able to use CRMs or other technical software to manage contacts, prospects, a global community ;
• (Nice to have) You have a great understanding of the music industry, its people and dynamics


Déroulement des entretiens

• First 30 minutes interview with HR or founder
• In person meeting in our offices with a case to work ahead and to present
• In person meeting in our offices with two founders
• Final steps (reference checks) towards an offer
