We are looking for a Business Operations Intern. who will seek new opportunities to attract artists and artists representatives globally, and provide them with the best experience possible on the platform. You will be working closely with Timothée, Head of Customer Growth & Operations and Dorian, co-founder.

Missions

• Help operate the efficient growth engine channels (outbound, network effects)
• Continually look for new business opportunities
• Close deals with labels and pros globally
• Activate and reactivate labels and pros from the platform every month
• Offer support on managing top internal campaigns
• Support the artists as they learn to use the platform and ensure their satisfaction
• Help manage the number of support tickets on Intercom/emails to save up time for the other team members
• Participate in the resolution of bugs (tests, creation of tickets, follow-up…)
• Activate them via the organization of workshops, the sending of surprise feedback (circa. 20 per day), the sending of emailing campaigns


Profil recherché

• You have outstanding communication skills ;
• You are rigourous, data driven, able to manage complex projects ;
• You are not discouraged by repetitive tasks and always eager to take on more responsibilities and/or manage more tasks day after day ;
• You effectively prioritize : knows where to invest resources and energy ;
• You are positive, energetic, resilient ; you remain optimistic despite the disappointments ;
• You are reactive ;
• You have negotiation skills ;
• You are a problem solver ;
• You have empathy and understanding ;
• Prospecting & qualification: you know where and how to find new opportunities ;
• You master office tools in order to be autonomous in his / her tasks ;
• You know the tricks to develop convincing proposals ;
• You can write perfectly in French and in English (without any fault and clearly) ;

Bonus if,
• You know linkedin copywriting to attract potential partners and key accounts ;
• You can easily analyse complex data to prioritize his/her work ;
• You have music knowledge ;

• You master another Language (Spanish, German etc.) ;


Déroulement des entretiens

• Screening interview with HR, a founder or Timothee, Head of Cust. Growth ;
• Challenge to do at home ;
• Ops interview with Timothee ;
• Culture fit interview with founders ;
• Final steps (reference checks etc.)
