Your tasks:

• Be accountable for the recruitment, onboarding, training, retention and happiness of tutors and actively manage the tutor hiring funnel from generating leads together with marketing to interviewing and onboarding;
• Observe tutor activity and proactively drive engagement with our customers, improve their teaching skills and ensure overall satisfaction;
• Ensure best practices exchange and communication within the community;
• Be responsible for the decisions taken on the French market for the Tutor community;
• Be a core member of the French Management Team to enable the business strategy to match the needs of your department;
• Lead a group of young Tutor Recruitment Managers and enhance a positive team spirit;
• Be responsible for the Tutors activities that include metrics, compensation, benefits, Tutor relations, costs and policies.

• Organizational talent: You know how to structure yourself and keep a cool head and the overview even in stressful moments
• Communicative: You like to communicate and you can put yourself in the shoes of every customer and you will patiently find the right solution for every problem and thus put a smile on our customers’ faces
• Teamplayer: You love working in a team and especially with many people, share your knowledge and infect others with your motivation.
  You are a native French Speaker and can also speak english fluently. Any other language is a plus but not mandatory.
