Our product creates a unified customer profile by combining emails, live-chat, and social-media messages with e-commerce data such as purchase and delivery info. Combining all this data in a single application makes customer service more efficient and just better. The Growth Operations team

The Growth Operations team is at the root of the entire Growth structure: Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Success.

Our role is to make sure that data flows correctly and in a timely manner across all of these teams, to maintain and improve an efficient marketing stack. This in turn enables automation and thorough data analysis.

The Growth Ops team is also in charge of improving core processes that maximize each team's efficiency: building and maintaining an accurate lead qualification model, identifying the best rerouting method of lead acquisition between Marketing, BizDev, and SDRs.

What You'll Do

  • Work on our in-house automation tools & models, improve them and ensure their scalability
  • Implement growth hacks (scrapers, automated data flows) and measure their impact on our ARR
  • Take our Growth teams to the next level - complement our growth stack's data flows with efficient scripts and other growth experiments that can potentially add $10K+ of ARR to our pipeline
  • Overseeing end-to-end Growth Experiments design, build, QA, and release
  • Migrate, fix and rebuild deprecated automation and APIs (example: help migrate a function from AWS or Zapier over to GCP, re-build a data enrichment function with new tools when an API becomes deprecated, etc.)
  • Who You Are

  • 1+ years of experience as a developer/ software engineer
  • 1+ years of Python experience
  • Experience working with AWS (lambda) and/or GCP (functions)
  • Experience working with APIs, integrate third-party tools data, chaining different APIs together
  • Experience with data Enrichment
  • You believe in building scripts, scrapers, leveraging the latest technology to create the best possible customer experience at all stages of the funnel
  • You want to apply your engineering talent to business-oriented challenges (acquisition, sales process, success)
  • Moving fast and hacking, which translates to Trying, Failing, Testing, and Debugging the living shit out of our experiments while, most importantly, shipping fast!
  • Strong analytical bent
  • Entrepreneurial & team player with enthusiasm for early-stage startups
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with scrapping: Beautiful Soup, Selenium, Headless Chrome, XPath
  • Experience in data analysis (running split tests, developing metrics, optimize data collection)
  • Experience with Javascript
  • Experience with data science, machine learning
  • System queuing, monitoring and logging error, alert
  • Experience working with the tools we use and their APIs: HubSpot, Hull, Google Tag Manager, Clearbit, and any other marketing enrichment databases
  • You have previous experience in e-commerce or at a SaaS company and can demonstrate a holistic understanding of marketing and sales strategies in e-com or SaaS
