Job Title: Manager, EMEA Workplace Services

Location: In Office (Office Location) - This role requires in office work 4-5 days/week.

The Role

The Workplace Services team creates and operates the offices and programs that allow our employees to do their best work, whether that’s in the office, remote, or in a hybrid environment. We strive for operational excellence and are looking for someone to join our team and support those efforts. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Workplace Services.

Based out of our Paris office, the ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous environment, anticipate problems, and take initiative all while maintaining a positive attitude. The position will oversee the daily operations of the Paris, Amsterdam, Munich & Bucharest offices and be a strategic partner to other Workplace Services (WPS) functions and to groups such as IT & HR. The right candidate must have an exceptional ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and with our external partners such as landlords, property management, and vendors. You must have the ability to think on your feet and delegate but also be willing to roll up your sleeves.

What You Will Do

• Create and manage the process for determining the specific needs of each office within the region, including daily office procedures, furniture needs, office & kitchen supplies, repairs & maintenance, as well as office projects, tasks, and duties as needed.
• Build and strengthen relationships with Site Leaders and internal stakeholders to continually improve our office operations
• Manage & establish relationships with our vendors; have budget oversight and responsibility for ensuring contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing are created and maintained
• Partner with WPS team members across the organization to share best practices, align processes, and ensure employees receive a consistent experience.
• Collaborate with HR & IT teams on various projects, including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding of new employees
• With internal peers, consistently strategize and game plan for the future of Workplace and how we can support all employees regardless of physical location
• Participate and support change management needs for the region
• Travel within the region occasionally required

• Service Contract management (managing & negotiating)
• English Fluent
• 5+ years of similar experience within a corporate setting, at least 2 as a people manager
