We are currently looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Editorial team in our office in Amsterdam. Our O&P Operations and Editorial teams are the key user touchpoints. They are responsible for creating all content on our pages and ensure that the available discounts are curated, live, and ready for use. SEO, page optimisation, and efficiency – the team aims for the best performance of all content to help users get the most out of the shopping experience. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Be responsible for the overall performance of a subset of landing pages assigned to your team, with regard to content quality, rankings, traffic, conversion rate, revenue and other core KPIs
  • Hire, train and lead a team, providing guidance on SEO best practices and performance analyses, including developing and enforcing content guidelines
  • Regularly conduct audits to identify gaps in the site content, landing pages structure and technical implementation, making recommendations for improvements
  • Be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, growth-oriented environment for your team while still being results-driven
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (based in London and Munich)
  • Report to and closely collaborate with the Head of Operations UK

We are a match if you have...

  • An excellent ability in English, both written and spoken - Be able to communicate in a clear, effective and engaging way
  • A relevant Bachelors/Masters degree (Marketing, Business or a related field), and experience in Digital Marketing - particularly SEO and Google Analytics, 2 years+ in this field recommended
  • Strong organisational skills - ability to project manage effectively, prioritise and deliver tasks on time
  • A data-driven mindset - using data to improve content performance and ability to work efficiently with large datasets in Google Sheets/Excel
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills - ability to help the team solve problems and being able to make decisions while providing a logical rationale 
  • Past experience in managing people is a plus (but not essential)
