Today, Gladia is poised for rapid growth and expansion. To help us succeed, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Marketing Manager to help us gain an in-depth insight into our current and future customer base and spearhead our entry into the new market segments.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to inform product development, drive awareness, generate leads, and, ultimately, capture market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build a resonating voice for our evolving product and ensure seamless execution of cross-channel campaigns.

What the job involves:

  • Conducting in-depth user interviews, market research and competition watch to inform marketing decisions

  • Work closely with product development teams to define target customer profiles and ensure that the product meets customer needs and aligns with the overall marketing strategy

  • Building compelling messaging, positioning, and value proposition for company products informed by user and market research

  • Planning and leading GTM launches and campaigns to highlight new products and/or features for customers and internal stakeholders

  • Collaborating with the content team to produce and distribute product-led content (blog articles, landing pages, newsletters) and sales-enablement assets (product demos, case studies, etc.)

  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the evolving market and offering ideas, suggestions, and solutions when necessary

  • Utilise analytics and data-driven insights to optimise marketing activities and drive continuous improvement


Profil recherché

  • Minimum +5 years of experience in product marketing on a product experiencing rapid growth

  • Previous experience in B2B marketing (SaaS / AI/cloud…) is a big plus

  • Ability to independently coordinate product launches from start to finish and work with cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

  • Strong writing and communication skills to create compelling product messaging and sales enablement materials

  • Native or near-native level of English
