La startup GETFLUENCE édite getfluence.com, la plateforme européenne de mise en relation entre annonceurs et sites de presse / blogs influents, dans le cadre de campagnes d’articles sponsorisés.

Elle développe la meilleure plateforme en Europe qui simplifie l’organisation de campagnes d’articles sponsorisés pour les annonceurs, afin de gagner en visibilité, notoriété et/ou améliorer son référencement sur le web.

Les éditeurs (presse digitale premium et blogueurs influents) profitent de la plateforme pour augmenter leurs volumes de ventes d’articles sponsorisés, dans les meilleures conditions de collaboration possibles.

L’équipe de getfluence est composée d’une équipe internationale (français, allemands, italiens, espagnols et anglais) travaillant essentiellement à Toulouse, en plein centre-ville, dans un environnement très dynamique entourée d’autres startups et propice à l’épanouissement professionnel.

Descriptif du poste

Under the responsibility of the CEO, you are in charge of building, managing and optimizing the digital marketing strategy on a European scale (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, then UK later).

You manage and support an European team. The team is composed of 5 people with an internal (CDI) / point of contact, who leads freelance experts (community management, writers, Google Adwords experts…)).

You are in charge of:

  • Build and optimize, in collaboration with the CEO, the 360° digital marketing strategy
  • Identify the right acquisition levers to generate qualified leads
  • Guarantee the volume, quality of leads and marketing retention techniques
  • Lead the global marketing team, all countries combined: about 5 people (1 per country)
  • Define and manage the general and specific objectives for each internal (KPI)
  • Structuring teams in a rigorous way and creating/consolidating reporting dashboards
  • Solve the various problems encountered (resources to be recruited internally or externally, saas software…) thanks to your solid experience
  • Set up / Improve process efficiency
  • Carry out opportunity watch allowing you to maintain a pro-activity (you do it naturally, because you are passionate about your job)

Profil recherché

You have more than 5 years of experience in digital marketing. You have had many different responsibilities allowing you to be effective in your 360° lever analysis: SEO, SEA, SMO, Re-marketing, Display, Content, Emailing…

You are a true digital marketing enthusiast, you carry out a sharp watch to keep up to date and test new marketing opportunities.

You have already led a team, with an international target.

Also:

  • You write and speak English very well (it will be your working language)
  • You have solid operational experience in the various digital marketing levers (before having experienced responsibilities in marketing team management)
  • You like finding solutions quickly thanks to your digital culture and experience
  • You are proactive, dynamic and ambitious
  • You are well organized, rigorous and enjoy achieving ambitious goals
