We are already simplifying the life of over 30K French freelancers by relieving them of all accounting. We are now looking for reinforcement for our German team, so that we can soon launch our product in Germany.
As a Country Manager, your role will be to accelerate our growth in Germany. Your role will be very similar to the one of a startup founder and will evolve as the business grows in Germany.

Your main goal for 2020 will be to find and subscribe our first 100 German customers. You will be responsible for implementing the market entry and growth strategy in Germany and ensure its success. To achieve this, your main missions will be:

Market expertise:

  • Develop a strong expertise on the self-employed accounting market in Germany and use this knowledge to help tune product positioning, identify key business partners and market opportunities, etc.

Sales development:

  • Be in charge of recruiting our first 100 customers by proactively doing outbound prospecting and participating in relevant conferences, trade shows and events.
  • Define our sales and growth strategy for 2021 in collaboration with our VP International.

Recruitment:

  • Set up sales and customer service teams from scratch.
  • Anticipate our recruitment needs and define our hiring roadmap for 2021 in cooperation our the VP International.

Profil recherché

  • You have the soul of an entrepreneur
  • You are a born leader and you have experience in recruiting and leading a team (10+ people)
  • Proven sales track record (B2B would be a plus)
  • 6+ years of previous experience in similar jobs with a proven sales and management track record (Former startup founder / Country Manager / Head of Sales)
  • Bilingual German/English or German/French. Native German is mandatory. If you speak all three languages it’s even better!
  • Experience working with SaaS business models preferred
  • Based in Lyon (France) or Germany (up to discussion)
