What will you be doing?

  • As a frog Org Designer, you will help organizations transform themselves around the customer journey, and businesses build the capability to innovate and to scale a culture of innovation.
  • You will partner with C-suite, particularly CDO’s, CIO’s), to get design and Innovation a more effective seat at the enterprise table and enable teams to transform everything from their workplace to their work rituals to transform their culture.
  • You will help bring lean, agile, DesignOps, ResearchOps, sustainability and design thinking to life and shape enterprise-level design teams to ensure the organization can execute great CX.
  • You will facilitate innovation teams, startup incubators, and leading teams to be more effective and take a human-centered approach to this transformation - from the customer to the employee.
  • You will receive warm and robust support from frog strategy and design leadership, but you could be the only Org Designer on your team. We don’t expect you to know everything on day one, but you should be comfortable working independently and able to make thoughtful decisions with limited information. This means identifying and taking the next key step of the project while simultaneously considering the broader context of the engagement, the client’s business, and the world.

Profil recherché

We want you to have:

  • Good story telling, rapid copywriter, and presentation skills. You will present frog’s work to client executives and explain the thinking behind the work. You will co-facilitate workshops and manage breakout groups and act as the trustful partner of C suite clients
  • Experience approaching ambiguous questions and thinking from first principles and result oriented
  • First experiences in Innovation Management, Enterprise Transformation journeys, Corporate governance Models and a holistic understanding about connections between Innovation and Design, Corporate culture transformation and business Impacts.
  • A willingness to travel for research and client meetings
  • Business level ability in speaking and writing in French and English

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • 5+ years of work experience in a related field
  • Experience in identifying and delivering on employee centered Enterprise Transformation
  • A degree (or work experience) in business, entrepreneurship, communication, Innovation portfolio Management
  • Hands on research expertise about business process reengineering and silos burning methods
  • Experience working in a creative environment with designers and technologist, and an interest in human centered design (sometimes called design thinking)
  • The ability to prepare and share compelling presentations in Keynote and PowerPoint
  • An interest in technology, both extant and emerging
  • An interest in global trends, from culture to people and business to climate, and how that impacts our world
  • A second language (and every additional language is a plus!)
