We're looking for a talented IT Recruiter Specialist to join our growing team. 

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for a wide range of IT positions. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience using personality profiling tools such as the Enneagram, NLP, or other techniques to assess candidate motivations, strengths and potential challenges. 

The ability to accurately assess and understand candidate personalities is crucial for ensuring the right fit within our dynamic and innovative teams.

Your next missions :

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
  • Utilize various channels, including social media platforms, niche job boards, and industry events
  • Screen resumes and applications, focusing on technical skills and experience
  • Conduct phone screens and in-depth technical interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and benefits discussions
  • Facilitate onboarding for new IT hires
  • Develop and maintain detailed candidate profilesUtilize assessment tools and coding challenges to evaluate technical skills
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends
  • Create detailed job descriptions for various IT roles
  • Advise on IT recruitment strategies to optimize the existing recruitment process
  • Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective candidate sourcing solutions
  • Develop and reinforce the employer brand within the IT community
  • Create and maintain compelling job postings for various IT rolesTrack and analyze key recruitment metrics specific to IT hiring
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication among IT teams, hiring managers, and HR

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a successful track record of hiring qualified IT professionals. 
    • Deep understanding of the IT industry, including common roles, technologies and current trends. 
    • Familiarity with various IT recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 
    • Experience in conducting technical interviews and assessing candidates' expertise in specific technologies. 
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

    Bonus Points:

    • Experience working with job boards, CV databases, and internet search tools
    • Strong network within the local IT community
    • Extensive experience with social media networking tools like LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
    • Proven experience in high-volume IT recruitment and a deep understanding of the IT talent Market
