Fluxym is recruiting a Change Management Consultant. After a period of training/discovery of our solutions, the consultant will work on current projects or individual assignments.

YOUR MISSION

• Definition of the change management strategy
• Implementation of devices to optimize the adoption of new digital tools for end-users
• Consulting and implementation of communication, training and change management processes within organizations.
• Implementation of systems and methods to collect the needs/feelings of users (internal and external to the organization) and maximize the value provided by the tools.
• Project management, monitoring and reporting

YOUR SKILLS

• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

• Change management certification or designation desired

YOUR PROFILE

• Post secondary degree in business or appropriate field, post graduate an asset
• Strong autonomy
• 4 years of experience minimum
• French/English essential
