What your day looks like?

As Sales Representative, you will report directly to our Sales Director and you will actively participate in Fluxym’s development in North America. You will be responsible for all aspects of sales, building the pipeline, qualifying target opportunities, managing the sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and closing orders.

You are someone able to:

  • Identify potential customers through growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
  • Build Account Plans on a target list
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospects to identify their needs
  • Work closely with our partners to build a trust relationship and generate leads
  • Learn and thoroughly understand our products and services
  • Deliver disruptive sales presentations to C-level executives and large audiences
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the latest marketing strategies
  • Manage leads & prospects in the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Strive to achieve and exceed sales quotas and objectives
  • Assist in developing new strategies to reach new markets and provide suggestions on how to improve the lead generation process
  • Mobilize internal resources to ensure project goals and milestones are achieved
  • Work closely with the Sales Director, Marketing team and the Pre-sales team.

CORE TRAITS REQUIRED:

  • Ability to talk with C-level executives of Fortune 1000 companies
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work
  • At least 2 years of experience experience in outside sales in the S2P / ERP / Finance space
  • Deep understanding of Saas software challenges
  • Experience working on the US market is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • English mandatory, French or Spanish are an asset
