Flowdesk is rapidly growing and has an ambitious hiring plan for the upcoming years! In order to support this growth, the People & Culture Team is expanding and looking for new talents to come and join them, notably 2 Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to Thomas, Lead TA.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Target, filter and attract the best candidates in our different offices (Paris, Singapore, NYC) and for various roles (in Sales, Marketing, Trading, Legal, HR)
  • Manage the recruitment process and tools on a daily basis (WTTJ, Workable) with great rigour and be proactive in the use of new recruitment levers
  • Follow via KPIs the evolution of recruitments (ex: number of recruitments, time to hire) and take the necessary actions
  • Help develop Flowdesk's employer brand by taking the ownership of various projects
  • Participate in the creation of the Recruitment Machine

Requirements

Background and experience

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience is a related position
  • An interest and understanding of the Financial or Trading industry or Crypto is appreciated
  • Bilingual English and French is mandatory
