As part of our current hyper-growth, your objective will be to work with the People & Culture team on all HR topics! Within a team of 5, you will be working on various projects such as:

  • Assisting the team in their daily support to the managers
  • Participating in the organisation of the onboarding of new recruits and in the optimisation of the experience of our employees
  • Participating in building the employer brand and developing our Campus initiatives
  • Taking part in the company's administrative procedures
  • Contributing to office management missions

Requirements

Background & Experience

From a Human Resources or Business school, and you ideally have a first experience in HR (internship, short contract or other).

Skills & Personnality

  • Curious and willing to learn
  • Fluency in English and French is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Willing to work in a challenging environment & industry
