Already well established in the North American market thanks to our successful Sales Director Sylvain, Fittingbox wants to continue to grow fast, and we need your help to expand further!
We are currently looking for a full-time, high-energy Sales KA Manager, to join Sylvain’s team in Miami or working remotely.

🚀Challenges:

Overall, we are looking for an experienced candidate able to hunt for new customers, build and maintain strong long-term relationships with Key Accounts in the Eyewear Industry (i.e., e-retailers, manufacturers, buying groups, retail chains, opticians and optometrists’ networks, multi-owners, distributors, etc.).
You will play a key role in the strategic positioning and the expansion of FittingBox in the North American market.

Your role will also be to:
• Acquire new customers through hunting campaigns
• Expand relationships and engage further existing clients (i.e., upsell)
• Ensure that clients renew their contracts with FittingBox (i.e., retain)

You will report to the USA Sales Director
• Consistently meet/exceed established targets and quotas
• Proactively and accurately report and manage pipeline and forecast data in the Company’s CRM application (currently Hubspot)
• Identify business opportunities with prospects and clients
• Perform corporate presentations and solution demonstrations to the prospects, most of the time remotely through a conf call
• Participate in professional events, such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions and meetings
• Seek continuous improvement in all aspects of the sales capability across people, process and technology
• Represent and broadcast the reputation, the characteristics and values of FittingBox within the US

Frequent travels are foreseeable (North America area mainly+ 1 or 2 trips in Europe per year).
This position does not include team management


Profil recherché

💎Key Skills:

• Minimum of a bachelor or related degree in business or with a solid experience in sales with Key Accounts,
• At least 5 years of overall proven professional experience in the eyewear industry selling technologies or a strong experience in selling Saas software especially in the USA
• Hard skills: high projection and decision-making capability, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, autonomy, pugnacity
• Prospecting skills. You’re a hunter!
• Skilled negotiation and value-based selling
• Native or Excellent English

✨Appreciated skills:

• Proficient in French is a plus
• A third language will be highly appreciated, such as Spanish
• Tech Savy, passionate about new technologies
