Job description

FeetMe is a digital health company developing innovative connected technologies and services to improve patient care.
The innovative technology from FeetMe allows gait and posture analysis in real-time and real-life conditions. The technology combines pressure sensors, motion sensors and learning algorithms to assess patients’ gait and functional capacity, as well as to support rehabilitation.

Position Description
FeetMe is looking for a senior biostatistician with experience both in biostatistics in the field of medical devices and/or research & development to join our fast growing teams. As a core member of clinical team, he/she will participate in the development of new gait metrics, new digital biomarkers and outcome assessments that will help to better understand mobility disorders related to multiple pathologies as well as diseases progression.


  • Provides statistical methodology and project management support in the conceptualization, designs, conduct and analysis of FeetMe research studies
  • Defines statistical design and methodology for Pharma, Academic, CRO sponsored studies to meet partner information needs, conducts statistical analyses to derive conclusions from the study, and identifies new opportunities for standard reports and for value-added analytics.
  • Enables the team to design and implement tactical plans in answer to business questions, performs quantitative research, and provides written summaries of study results.
  • Gathers recommendations from others to develop research plans, identifying appropriate data sources and delivery options
  • Being responsible to build a biometry group structure including data management
  • Contribute to external engagement with consultants, advisory boards, health authorities, congresses, and scientific meetings
  • Mentor new hires and/or junior Statistician/data scientists

Preferred experience

Required skills

We are seeking for a candidate with the following skills:
• Master’s Level Degree and or PhD in applied mathematics or in statistics
• At least 5 years experiences in Biostatistics, preferably under R&D condition
• Experience in the development of medical devices will be an advantage
• Expertise in biomechanics and gait would be highly appreciated but is not mandatory
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Proficient in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python
• Good oral and written communications skills to work in a cross-functional team
• Fluent in English
