FeetMe is a digital health company developing innovative connected technologies and services to improve patient outcomes in functional care, track disease evolution, and optimize medication utilization.

The innovative technology from FeetMe allows gait and posture analysis in real-time and real-life conditions. The technology combines pressure sensors, motion sensors and learning algorithms to analyse patients’ functional capacity, as well as empower rehabilitation among sufferers of gait disorders.

FeetMe is growing quickly, its first product FeetMe Evaluation for diagnostics assistance for health professionals and for clinical research within pharma is on the market already. The company is preparing the launch of FeetMe Rehabilitation, a solution intended for home-based rehabilitation of patients suffering from walking difficulties.

FeetMe is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to expand the commercial organization In France.

Regional Sales Representative responsibilities include growing the awareness, accelerate prospecting and relationship management In France. Work close together with the CCO the Sales team and determine marketing assistance to support continuous growth. If you have a solid sales background In the a B2B function, inspired by innovative medical devices, ideally with relevant experience in a hospital and rehabilitation sector, we’d like to meet you.

Key responsibilities:

 Primary role is to grow awareness and sales by delivering exceptional service through team-driven directives and perform product training needs within the assigned region
 Develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships within assigned region
 Develop and enhance these relationships through routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs and product in-services
 Document activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
 Work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions and sales trends
 Develop and implement a proactive plan that involves outreach, demos and support with Sales Management
 Travel up to 50% throughout the territory as needed to support our customers

Profil recherché

We are looking for a talented profile with the following requirements:
 1-3 years relevant business experience in B2B sales support
 Experience and understanding of the French Hospital and Rehabilitation Centers/Organizations
 Medical device industry experience/knowledge is a plus
 Demonstrated ability to develop and build strong customer relationships
 Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service internally and externally
 Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) platform
 Excellence in all forms of communication in regard to FeetMe products
 Demonstrated presentations skills
 Self-starter with proven leadership qualities
 Motivated, execution and results focus with accountability for continuous improvement
 Team player with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
 Ability to travel throughout territory as necessary to achieve results

The following competences will be a plus:
 Medical device industry experience/knowledge

The Regional Sales Director reports directly to the CCO.
