Project manager responsibilities include to :

• Coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and within scope.
• Oversee all aspects of projects.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.

Your missions will be :
➔ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
➔ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
➔ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical and practical feasibility
➔ Ensure resource availability and allocation
➔ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
➔ Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
➔ Report and escalate to management as needed
➔ Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
➔ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
➔ Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
➔ Use and continually develop leadership skills
➔ Perform other related duties as assigned
You’ll join a brand new team of Project Managers who will support the vision of the company inhouse and outside FeetMe by creating strong relationships with clients.

You’ll have a strong interaction with the different departments (Marketing team, QARA team, Ops team, Research Team, Sales team, etc.) at FeetMe. You’ll work in FeetMe offices in a challenging ecosystem.

Required skills
We are looking for a talented profile with the following requirements :
➔ Proven working experience in project management
➔ Master degree - preferably in Engineer, Health or Life Sciences, Busisness’s Degree or related field
➔ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
➔ Experience in project work in cooperation with cross functional teams
➔ Abilities to coordinate international, multi-stakeholder projects
➔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
➔ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
➔ Product and results oriented mindset
➔ Fluent in French and English
➔ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
➔ Experience with project management software tools

The following competences will be a plus :
➔ Previous experience in Health related companies ;
➔ Previous experience in Clinical Trials ;
➔ Understanding of clinical development ;
➔ Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in clinical evidence generation, ISO 14155, ICH GCP, EU MDR.
