FeetMe is looking for a Product designer lead to help us build strong products to fulfill our customer needs.

Product designer lead responsibilities include :

  • Responsible for definition of product design.
  • Analyse user needs and market needs, perform user research and problem ideation to define workflows that improve the user experience.
  • Work in collaboration with product manager for the definition of new features.
  • Design interfaces that are both elegant and intuitive, and considering the specificities of each language.
  • Define products identity and ensure FeetMe identity and coherence in all products and ensure the maintenance of the design system.
  • Responsible for the usability of the products.
  • Creates design prototypes and work in collaboration with the development team for the implementation of the desired design.
  • Perform usability analysis according to IEC 62366-1, including defining the use specification and performing formative testing.
  • Support marketing team communication (websites, brochure, etc.) to ensure a corporate branding is used.
  • Promote the role of UX/UI in the organisation to elevate the company towards a product-oriented and user-centric vision.
  • Organize workshops involving different teams and stakeholders for design ideation and ensure of the feasibility (“design critique”).

Profil recherché

We re looking for a talented profile who:

  • Graduated from a master-level school of product designer or product ergonomy or art/design.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience on design of products.
  • Experienced in design of Android and/or iOS applications.
  • An experience in healthcare sector in a plus.
