Position description
FeetMe is looking for an Industrialization Engineer to helps us develop game changing gait analysis devices according to medical standards development rules.

Industrialization Engineer responsibilities include design manufacturability studies, suppliers challenge and technical support, manufacturing processes validation for final products as well as for internal tools, test protocols redaction and reporting. You will be working closely with mechanical, hardware, firmware, and V&V teams to reach reliable and efficient products.

If you have a solid background in industrialization and in mechanical and electronic design, we would like to meet you.

Your missions will be:
➔ Technically manage the manufacturing of all FeetMe’s products in compliance with IEC60601-1 and ISO 13485 standards
➔ Manage QI/QO/QP manufacturing plans and follow the manufacturing process as a China-based technical referent
➔ Create project documentation with thorough reporting
➔ Participate in the development, manufacturing, and maintenance of the automated test jigs on the manufacturing site
➔ Interact with the development team
➔ Organize and follow laboratory reliability and regulatory testing on the production site
➔ Study product non-conformities according to ISO13485 quality management system
➔ Participate in the Development of internal tools, evaluation boards, and validation jigs
➔ Contribute to hardware quality improvement (validation jigs and internal tools maintenance, database update, templates, and procedures creation)

You will have a strong interaction with the different departments at FeetMe. You will integrate our Chinese team in Shenzhen and our young and challenging international ecosystem.


Profil recherché

We are looking for a talented profile with the following requirements:
➔ Master’s degree in industrialization, manufacturing process or mechanic or electronic with a strong knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
➔ 5 years of work experience as industrialization or manufacturing engineer. Good knowledge of hardware, wireless communications, connected devices, firmware, and mechanical development constraints
➔ Comfortable with testing and measurement equipment handling
➔ Good knowledge about processes involving SMT components down to 0201, small pitch BGAs, underfill, adhesive, molding, over-molding and assembly
➔ Autonomous
➔ Problem-solving attitude and excellent communication skills
➔ Team spirit
➔ Open-minded culture and will to learn new technologies
➔ Fluent in English & Chinese, fluent in French not mandatory but appreciated.

The following competences will be a plus:

  1. Previous experience in health-related companies
  2. Knowledge of wireless charging
  3. Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing, project management
  4. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and IEC60601-1 standards
