FeetMe is a digital health company developing innovative connected technologies and services to improve mobility.

The innovative technology from FeetMe allows gait analysis to support prevention, diagnostic aid, monitoring, and treatments. The technology combines pressure sensors, motion sensors and learning algorithms to analyze patients’ functional capacity, as well as empower rehabilitation among sufferers of gait disorders.

Products
FeetMe® Evaluation allows mobility evaluation helping physicians’ decisions & falls prevention.
FeetMe® Research allows clinical trials optimization and FeetMe® Rehabilitation offers personalized digital rehabilitation.
FeetMe is also currently working on a new app to prevent workplace injuries.
Our technologies are used in the European and US markets by a wide range of users: healthcare professionals, patients, researchers…

Team
Our team of engineers, data scientists, regulatory & quality affairs, products marketing, operations & logistics, designers is dedicated to mobility care.
The Chief Business Officer has a key role in the products strategy definition and products development and commercialization. He will closely work both with sales & marketing, program, clinical and regulatory departments.

Position description
We are looking for a Chief Business Officer to lead and expand the Sales and business activities for the company in our 3 main business lines:
¨ Pharmaceutical research and Biotech’s
¨ Payers, Home care providers, Healthcare institutes;
¨ Business: employers and health plans

The Chief Business Officer drives FeetMe business development and commercial activities. He also leads:

Strategic activities
• Builds and executes a sales strategy for the different business lines
• Manages and grows the commercial and marketing team to meet targets
• Identifies, sizes and prioritizes new market opportunities
• Validates business models
• Designs, develops and implements marketing programs and/or partnerships strategies to support the organization’s products, services or market sector
• Analyses strengths and opportunities relative to competing organizations and develops a strategic counter plan

Operational activities
• Executes sales plan Internationally
• Manages the sales and marketing team and provides sales and marketing KPIs
• Generates leads with new potential customers
• Validates new business model and formulates value proposition
• Influences a network of Key Opinion Leaders
• Creates attractiveness among Medtech/ pharma ecosystem and hires the sales and marketing team
• Leads and organizes training of the Sales team
• Expands relationships and generate new opportunities with existing customers
• Leads marketing strategies and media (i.e. Internet, press, television, radio) to launch and position products and services in a new sector
• Travels as necessary for commercial activities as client meetings, conferences and events
• Set ups financial control tools to support sales and reduce working capital requirements

Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Part of the Executive team and continuous improvement of FeetMe growth process;
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.


Profil recherché

The following skills will be required to fulfil the mission:
• Previous relevant experience in medical device or pharma industry. Experience in neurodegenerative diseases would be a plus.
• Previous relevant experience in the U.S market
• Applies medical industry and commercial awareness to drive new business opportunities in the team.
• Able to generate leads and initiate partnerships in medical ecosystem worldwide (private and public payers, pharmaceutical companies)
• Has experience in global technology and services licensing deals (Device as a Service, DaaS)
• Understands and can play with existing market rules (clinical studies, reimbursement and clinical practises)
• Superior interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence, while exercising sensitivity to the audience.
• Demonstrates a high level of ethical behaviour in exercising judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools

Key Responsibilities
• Drive Business Growth through existing markets (customer retention).
• Seek out new sales, develop leads and implement strategy for sales .
• Establishes and maintains relationships with strategic partners.
• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
• Represents Company at trade association meetings and conventions to promote product.
• Coordinates liaison between sales department and other business unit departments.
• Reviews and analyses sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
• Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate growth and revenue objectives for products and services.
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic and social media, and direct mail.
• Develops and recommends FeetMe solutions positioning, additional services, packaging, promotion and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
• Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
• Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to management.
• Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events. (brand ambassador)

• Quarterly / annual booking goals; annual operating profit.
• Product commercialization.
