1. Create and evolve company’s digital solutions to meet future business needs.

• In a context of fast growth of Feedgy, understand current and future business needs, and provide suitable and scalable solutions.

• Assess and ensure infrastructure resource requirements for current and future software; minimise costs while maximising quality of service.

• Ensure proper management of the infrastructure to limit service downtime and data loss in the event of incidents.

2. Implement and maintain software that is in line with the company’s long-term strategy

• Implement new software using the Agile method and ensure its maintenance

• Provide expertise and know-how in the choice of technology used for development

• Document the technical aspects of his/her work in the company’s wiki

• Communicate to the Management the progress of the projects

• Demonstrate User-Centered digital culture.

• Assure user adoption and communication for software release

• Each employee should be self-trained in new computer technologies in his/her field of expertise as well as acquire new skills outside his/her field of expertise

Composition of the department

The department team consists of:

• 1 Head of department

• 1 Product Manager/Owner

• 2 Software Engineers

• 2 Data Engineer

• 1 Data Analyst

• 2 Data Scientist

• 1 PV Engineer

In application of the Scrum framework, most of the decisions related to the definition and conduct of the projects is shared with the team members and their active participation is highly required.

Mission of the UI/UX Designer

The mission of a UI/UX designer for our B2B products is to enhance the usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction of the software or platform, with a specific focus on addressing the needs and challenges faced by businesses.

Responsibilities :

• Design and enhance the user interface of B2B products to ensure optimal user experiences.

• Collaborate with development, marketing, and product management teams to understand needs and goals.

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Conduct user testing and UX analysis to identify areas for improvement.

• Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs.

Required Skills :

• Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in the B2B product space.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.

• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Excellent communication skills to present and justify design choices.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Portfolio showcasing successful projects and a user-centered design approach.
