YOUR MISSION
Establish the shared product vision across the company (Management, R&D, Commercial, etc). Build the product specifications. Deliver the product to the customers. Coordinate the product lifecycle, from definition to end of life.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Lead product requirements capture and definition by understanding customer needs, market trends, competition products. Document customer use cases.
• Manage the standard product lifecycle, communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
• Lead product development phase in close collaboration with Transport Project Manager (interactions with internal teams, external suppliers, certification labs).
• Address product customizations requests within the framework of a customer project. Assists operational teams in coordinating and implementing these requests.
• Create & maintain the business case of the product.
• Help drive global product messaging & support marketing team in preparing internal and external communication messages (collaterals, presentations, etc.).
• Serves as the product expert to assist all departments, customers and partners with product, application and/or technical design questions.
• Broad domain awareness - keep up to date on the latest technological and competitive advances in the industry. Perform Detailed competitive analysis of the segment.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

What we are looking for :

• Mechanical Engineering degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in Product Management, but we are open to Engineers that are looking to move from Engineering to Product Development.
• Experience in working with transport industry standards is a great plus.
• Familiar with industrial design techniques, CAD tools, electronics, packaging, manufacturing feasibility, manufacturing scale-up, and ODM relationships
• Passionate about new tech and especially mobile and Android technologies
• Previous experience within a start-up will be highly valued
• Customer oriented.
• Fluent English and French speaker as the projects are in an international context.
• Problem-solver, keen to find innovative solutions in any situation.
• Super enthusiastic, and you like to be challenged!
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, meet deadlines and succeed under pressure.
