Descriptif du poste

As the head of partnerships, your mission will be to develop and manage relationships with key partners to drive the organization’s growth and enhance its market position.


  • Strategy and Objectives: Hand to hand with the CEO & the Chief of Sales support, you will have to develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth internationally

  • Prospection & Qualification : Identify and cultivate relationships with key with potential partners (solutions, agencies, brands, suppliers)

  • Be at the forefront of what is happening in term of legislation in Europe & US to be sure that we participate into these legislations & exercice influence !

  • Negotiate, Structure partnership agreements that align with Fairly Made business objectives and create mutual value

  • Manage the entire partner lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding, integration, and ongoing relationship management with dedicated stakeholders (from the sales team)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, marketing, legal and operations, to ensure successful partner integrations and launches

  • Monitor and report partnership performance metrics, such as revenue, activation rates, and customer satisfaction, to optimize partner programs

Profil recherché

We are looking for brilliant talents willing to share our enthusiasm and passion for Fairly Made ‘s project. Fairly Made is at the beginning of its journey !

  • Proven 5-8+ years successful experience in consulting agency or successful sales experience as a manager level.

  • Strong experience and network in the fashion industry

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at the executive level;

  • Proactive with a result-oriented and data driven mindset, entrepreneurship mindset we are just of the beginning of Fairly Made journey !

  • Willingness to travel as needed
