Missions :

Business Partnering:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to local managers, providing HR expertise and guidance on operational people topics from organization, resources to talent development.
  • Apply HR programs and initiatives to your local population
  • Promote and uphold Exotec culture in your perimeter and in all your actions.

Employee Engagement & Development:

  • Apply the global career & talent development policy locally to ensure and develop a strong talent pool
  • Manage the performance assessment process locally and contribute to the development of a high-performance culture.
  • Work with managers to identify talent/skills gaps and implement learning and development solutions.

Compliance & Employee Relations:

  • Be the RH partner for employees and managers, providing guidance and trainings on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.

Talent Acquisition :

  • Assist managers in the definition of their resource need.
  • Ensure effective onboarding plans for local employees.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in a comparable HR Business Partner position, ideally in an industrial sector
  • Extensive knowledge in matters concerning international mobility, employee engagement
  • Proven ability to effectively share expertise and offer valuable insights to support Exotec's growth
  • Demonstrate strong curiosity, open-mindedness
  • Fluency in French & English
