Within the R&D team, you have the key role to be at the interface with EXOTEC Business Units for all Hardware, Software or System technical issues they may encounter.


Your missions:

  • Manage the dedicated ticketing tool
  • Search for the best technical solution and diagnose the problem with your contact person in complete autonomy
  • Solve the problem or redirect to the right contact person
  • Follow the ticket until the problem is solved and the customer is satisfied (internal)
  • Actively participate in the structuring and improvement of the Support (tools and processes)
  • Interact with all the company's departments in order to carry out your missions
  • Participate, through your actions, in the improvement of the reliability of our systems

Requirements

  • You are graduated of an engineering school, ideally with a specialization in robotics, mechatronics or industrial maintenance
  • You have a first successful experience in the field of after-sales service, customer relations or on-site troubleshooting of complex machines
  • You have good skills in robotics issues
  • You also have a good general knowledge of electronics, mechanics and computers
  • You are autonomous, rigorous and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You appreciate demanding technical environments and problem analysis and resolution.
  • You are fluent in English
