Reporting to the Head of IT Architecture, the Service and Contract Manager will work closely with the Heads of IT in charge of development teams at Europ Assistance Holding (EAH).
His main reponsabilities will be :
To own and animate the IT Delivery Center provider’s relationship for Europ Assistance Holding
To own Atlassian’s relationship for Europ Assistance
To follow the IT Delivery Center activities in Hungary (3-4 travels per year)
To support Heads of ITs in the recurring activities with the IT Delivery Center
To contribute to the financial planning, track invoices vs budget
Owner of the relationship and services delivered by the IT Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) services provider:
Animation of weekly/monthly steercos with Head of ITs and Service Provider
Follow EA Holding Application Development & Maintenance KPI / SLA
Provide/consolidate associated monthly reportings
Track and follow action plans
Contribute to onboarding new resources to the delivery center in Hungary
Ensure that coding/security practices in development teams are aligned with EAH security guidelines and tools (Qualys, Checkmarx, CAST)
Create Purchase orders, prepare contractual Change Requests for EA Holding scope
Contribute to the financial planning, track invoices vs budget
Follow planning (and deadline) for ongoing projects
Follow ramp up / ramp down of development teams
Contribute to the monitoring implementation for all applications in this scope
Contribute to ITIL processes definitions for EA Holding (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
Member of Holding Application CAB and SOR (Service Operation Review)
Owner of JIRA Software and Atlassian products:
Hold the main relationship between EA and Atlassian for contract renewals, licenses, invoices, support, advisory services
Create Purchase orders, prepare contractual Change Requests for EA Holding scope
Coordinate license requirement and purchases with all EA entities globally and with Atlassian
Contribute to the financial planning, track invoices vs budget
Lead the nearshored Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket admin team for EA Holding (run & build activities)
Lead JIRA SW standardization for EA Holding
Education and experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Significant experience with nearshore / offshore
