Job description

Mission and main responsibilities:

  1. Entities’ financial controlling & support
    • Support & review of FBP submissions, as well as Actuals closings & previews (including comparison with Budget / last Forecast and previous exercises)
    • Establishment of Target Letters / BSCs / re-baselinening
    • Coordination in Country Clearances and Technical Deep-Dives + support in QBR preparation
    • Ad-hoc support in the financial analysis of Entity strategic projects (in coordination with the Strategic Business Partners)

  2. Transversal projects
    • Reporting to other EA central teams (Product Line, Finance, EA SA CFO, Risk, Insurance, GMC, etc.)
    • Support to IFRS 17 implementation for Actuarial & Controlling
    • Support to Group reporting (Clearance, Technical DD, etc.) for EA Entity-related topics (in strong coordination with the Strategic Business Partners)
    • Support Controlling dashboard and documentation

Preferred experience

The candidate needs to have a master degree in Economics and Business management, a work experience of 5 years; a first experience in the Finance/Assistance sector would be a plus.

The candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong process and systems improvement mindset he/she must be precise and diligent when handling financial figures. He/She must have proactive behavior and strong interpersonal skills, being able to maintain good working relationships with all the stakeholders.

The role requires the ability as well to multi task and work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills in an international environment.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and French is required.
