D2C Manager Intimate Hygiene France (M/F) CDI

About the Role

For our Business Unit Consumer Goods Region FBI (France, Belgium & Italy) we are looking for an ambitious D2C Manager Intimate Hygiene France (f/m/d) in full-time. In this position you are responsible for the D2C management for our Intimate Hygiene Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business. You will drive and build our existing brands as well as the D2C site sales in line with the global strategy to secure the achievement of our targets for the region.

You will lead the execution and follow up of D2C projects for Nana & TENA washable underwear in France to support the transformation to D2C business model. Ensure the perfect execution in France, in high collaboration with the Global and Regional team.

The position is based in Saint-Ouen (93) and reports to the Marketing Manager Intimate Hygiene Region France & Belgium.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for our D2C Intimate Hygiene solutions including price, promotion, and media/digital strategy in line with global guidelines and regional marketing strategies and plans
  • Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different activities
  • Ensure accurate forecast on product level for the existing assortment and launches
  • Maintain records of sales volume, revenues, webshop KPIs & advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts
  • Collect, compile, verify and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
  • Responsible for management of the overall D2C Value propositions
  • Support in defining local implementation of the global Distinct D2C value propositions and manage platform implementation
  • Monitor, analyse and report performance of D2C value models (CAC, CVR, LTV, X-sell, UX, UI)
  • Advice on improvements to drive short and long-term value
  • Enrich service level over time (take actions to improve NPS)

Technical oversight

  • Raise new irritants and opportunities, liaising with global team to resolve Platform operations
  • Monitor, analyse & report performance (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Shopify…)
  • Localise global activation toolkit, including piloting and improving merchandising

Acquisition

  • Together with the D2C lead and digital media specialist implement & optimize the D2C media strategy
  • Collaborate with Media & digital teams to understand pain points and improve overall data driven acquisition model
  • Activate and manage local operations (with Customer Service, Consumer Care, Logistics, Finance and IT)
  • Embrace « test & learn » philosophy by running always on experimentation on various scope: UX/UI, conversion rate, lifetime value…

Who You Are

  • Business school or university degree in marketing/Digital Marketing
  • Min. 2-3 years work experience in webshop management, ideally Direct-to-Consumer
  • Knowledge of overall webshop management incl. analytics, fulfillment, payment, and activation mandatory
  • Experience in digital communication (owned, earned, paid) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Shopify webshop management solution
  • Experience in webshop KPI optimization
  • Experience to drive brand P&L’s and in leading multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience in international matrix organization is an advantage
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Customer/Consumer centric
  • Open minded, curious, autonomous, reliable, adept of challenging status quo
  • Self-starter and problem solver, service mentality and team-player
  • Expertise and hands-on working experience in Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, Facebook Business Manager (not mandatory), PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Ability to manage projects, multiple stakeholders, external agencies and budgets in a global company matrix organization
