Based in Warsaw Poland, you will be the first member of the Adops team, which together with our highly effective Sales and Client service teams, is a critical component of driving Equativ adoption and shaping the future of an industry leader.

As an innovative provider of contextual video campaigns, Equativ has a unique targeting technology that can analyze and classify online content based on audio and content recognition. We identify user interest in real time and deliver campaigns on a wide variety of platforms and inventories (YouTube, local publishers, etc.). As a result, every user receives the most relevant ads and our customers (agencies & advertisers) receive the highest possible performance and reach their KPIs.

Your mission ✏️

  • Be an expert on the Equativ demand tools
  • Create, manage and optimize campaigns on Equativ platforms
  • Work closely with the sales team to support daily operations, to ensure quick and efficient support to fix critical media trading situations
  • Manage ongoing technical requests from agencies
  • Perform day-to-day monitoring of the demand sales revenue and optimizations
  • Monitor and optimize deals performances
  • Work closely with the sales team in order to create  pre-sales documents such as offers and customer presentations
  • Create reports and analysis based on marketing KPIs

    • About you 💪

  • 2+ year experience in AdOps, traffic management or account management
  • Enthusiasm for digital marketing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and identify trends and opportunities
  • A quick learner with team player mindset who can work with cross-functional teams 
  • Fluent in both Polish and English;
