Your mission 👇 

As a Technical Account Manager, your role is to lead our customers to unlock the full potential of the Smart platform.

You will focus on technical project management and high-level consulting to our clients working closely with the Key Account Management team.

What you'll do ✍️

  • Build, maintain, and grow client engagement to maximize customer journey and be their trusted technical account manager
  • You will be responsible for the growth and success of strategic accounts
  • Become a product and domain expert to support clients in their technological choices.
  • Lead estimating, planning, and executing the implementation and configuration of the Smart solution with our clients.
  • Liaise with the Product, Global Solutions, and other teams to analyze the feasibility of developments required.
  • Drive technical choices and training based on a deep understanding of the clients’ needs and organization.
  • Identify ways to improve the operational effectiveness of the TAM team and take ownership in improving the scalability of the team.
  • About you 💪

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study
  • Experience in web development (HTML, JS, SQL) or technical solutions consulting
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and expertise to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Problem-solver and multitasker who remains cool under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (listening, writing, discussing)
  • Experience in the digital industry
