👫 About the team

It is the responsibility of our Marketing team to make sure that the world knows about Equativ and all of the awesome things our solutions can do. The team is composed by straightforward and creative individuals shaping our brand across the globe. They are the heart of Equativ’s global awareness and play a major role in orchestrating the global launches of new innovative solutions, communicating Equativ’s value proposition to customer facing teams and ensuring product success. 

✍️ Day to day responsibilities

  • Is an expert on the market and needs of web publishers, the business opportunities for Equativ, and has current and global knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Informs the product definition and lifecycle as well as Smart’s product roadmap.
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to plan and orchestrate successful global launches of new innovative solutions.
  • Is in charge of sales enablement in collaboration with the entire marketing team: understands the tools/collateral they need to help the sales team to drive product adoption.
  • Communicates Equativ’s platform and service value proposition to customer-facing teams to ensure product success.
  • Plans and manages cross-functional go-to-market launches for Equativ’s publisher products and services, from internal planning to client external communications, including the development of collateral, case studies, sales training support, newsletters.
  • Defines audience segments, value proposition, and competitive positioning for product and feature rollouts.
  • In collaboration with regional sales, help local marketing and sales teams localize and customize global value proposition and pitch for their geo.
  • Acts as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, partnering closely to accelerate product adoption across key market segments.
  • Partners with Sales and Account teams in the field to organize customer feedback and achieve competitive and market assessments to support our product roadmap.
  • Collaborates with the entire marketing team to build programs to raise awareness, ensure adoption and drive client spend on new products and features.
  • Collaborates with Analytics teams to establish KPIs and measure product success.
  • 💪 About you

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in product marketing
  • Experience within programmatic media and advertising topics is a strong plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in translating and condensing highly technical product offerings and concepts effectively for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively across global cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and able to lead and manage processes to meet deadlines 
  • Excellence and creativity in the development of collateral
  • Skilled in Powerpoint/Google Slides  (Photoshop, Indesign, Pardot - Salesforce is a plus) 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly collaborative team player focused on results.

    Compensation

    The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.  Equativ considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
