About the team 👫

The Product Management team is composed of strategic thinkers and influencers who share one overarching goal: make innovation happen.

Equativ is a product-driven organization, and this team is the critical bridge between business, design and technical solutions: it gathers the needs of end-users, evaluates market trends and our competition, uses this information to identify which features bring the most value to our clients, transforms it into actionable roadmaps and drives developments with the engineering team.

Your mission

  • You will work in close collaboration with Product Designers, Product Managers and Developers to understand the customers expectations, in order to define and implement the best user experiences in our products. 
  • Your responsibility will be to ensure the required level of quality and consistency in our UX in general by collecting user feedback, analyzing platform and features usage and making sure our products are designed in the most simple, modern, ergonomic and user-centric way. 
  • You will need to organize and structure user behavior analysis by managing analytics, dashboards and KPIs follow-up processes. 
  • You will work in collaboration with a team of 3 other Product Designers, to think and build together the best experience for our new products and the improvement of existing ones. 
  • You will apply and improve processes to ease the collaboration with development teams. In this context, you will understand and develop the Equativ Design System (icons and fonts library, detailed states and transitions specifications...) and will need to define clear guidelines and control procedures to ensure the proper integration of the UI and the general consistency of Equativ UX.

    • About you

  • Currently studying engineering, design or web development at master's degree level 
  • You are able to provide well structured and pixel perfect designs
  • Perfect proficiency with advanced design tools: Figma, Zeplin… 
  • Good knowledge of web software development and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Pendo) 
  • Knowledge of agile development environments (collaborative tools - Atlassian Suite, Scrum development methodology)
