Eptica, an Enghouse Company is hiring! Join an international group at the heart of a software development subsidiary, a market leader in customer experience for over 20 years.

A specialist in Natural Language Processing (NLP), we use semantic and algorithmic intelligence to improve customer satisfaction, provide superior customer service and customer knowledge.

Eptica solutions complemented with Enghouse solutions offer contact and call centres an unprecedented choice of software to transform the customer experience and give value to customer conversations, regardless of the contact channel (telephone, email, self-service, video, chat, social media, etc).

Join the Business team composed of Sales, Pre-sales and CSM! The role is based at our offices in Boulogne-Billancourt (92).

GOALS:

Sell Eptica’s contact centre solutions (Email Management, Vecko and in particular telephony) and manage the associated sales processes supported by pre-sales, PS & marketing.

You will work in a challenging technical environment. Your main objectives will be to:

Cultivate the allocated territories
Develop a client portfolio and the company’s turnover
Give presentations and 1st level functional demonstrations
Define and execute the sales strategy to generate and win opportunities (organise a steering committee)
Coordinate sales resources at your disposal according to your strategy (pre-sales, PS, etc)
Ensure deals are compliant with the organization’s defined sales process

And in particular:

Take ownership of the relevant sections of tenders, proposals and RFX
Ensure all opportunities are executed with compliance to the organization’s sales processes (Go/No-go, product suitability for the customer’s needs, project commercials, T&Cs, etc)
Produce or obtain suitable ROI for the solutions proposed or deployed


Profil recherché

With suitable higher education, you have over 7 years’ experience in contact centre solution sales and particularly telephony (voice channel)
You excel in interpersonal relationships, are dynamic and persevering; at ease with business and top management contacts (Marketing management, Digital management, Procurement)
You are looking for autonomy, versatility and taking the initiative
You seek challenge, to win, to be the best… these are the characteristics that define you as a Sales Executive
CRM Salesforce holds no secrets for you
English desired, you will be working in an international environment

REMUNERATION: Annual salary package of between €90k and €120k in line with your profile and experience.
