Descriptif du poste

In this growing international environment, we are looking for our Renewals Specialit (based in Paris or Nantes, Full remote also possible).

You are responsible for recurrent contract renewal administration processing.
It is a transversal role working with Finance and Sales & Marketing departments.

You will work in a challenging technical environment. Your main objectives will be:

Renewals:
Day-to-day management of recurring contracts portfolio:

  • Create and monitor maintenance and SaaS contracts for all EI French clients
  • Establish relationships with customers, ensure the timely communication of renewal documents
  • Prepare proposals, including renewal rate calculations and contract preparation
  • Check general and particular contract terms applying to clients
  • Work closely with the Finance Department
  • Respond to queries from customers and sales representatives regarding all aspects of renewals
  • Prepare weekly reports detailing renewal key performance indicators
  • Inform sales managers and CSM if additional sales are identified

Administrative management of churn:

  • Receipt,
  • Evaluate customer churn risk
  • Maintain the “health” chart for Red-Yellow-Green customers

Sales Support:

  • Records retention
  • Assist billing resolve usage enquiries
  • Administrative support to sales executives

Provide a link between the sales and finance team software development subsidiary, a market leader in customer

Profil recherché

“Bac+2 BTS” in the field of business management with an understanding of the financial/accounting part but also some legal knowledge (contracts) with 2-5 years experience.

You excel in interpersonal relationships, are dynamic and persevering; at ease with business and top management contacts and with all communication channels.

You are looking for autonomy, versatility and taking the initiative.
Client contact holds no secrets for you!
Organised, committed, you like working as part of a team.

English essential, you will be working in an international environment.

Annual salary between €30k and €35k gross in line with your profile and experience.
