This role is a key member of Enea’s leadership team and will lead the HR strategy to enable Enea to meet its growth aspirations.
The HRD supports the Partners and Principals in the implementation of their development projects, including on activities in the digital or investment field, and advises them as a Business Partner on the operational level

Steering Enea’s HR strategy :

  • Identify the specific requirements and challenges of the different offices (Paris, HK, Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney, London and other offices to be opened) and practices of the company (Banks, C&I, Large Energy Players, Funds, …) on issues related to human resources,
  • Ensure we set and follow-on action plans to nurture a shared culture while growing internationally and scaling the business
  • Define the recruitment and freelance partnerships strategy: employer brand, candidate approach strategy, vision and oversight of the recruitment plan to anticipate changes in the workforce, as well as definition of flexible solutions for temporary or expertise needs from a pool of impact-driven partners,
  • Anticipating the challenges of staff growth and turnover and strengthening of our digital and investment capabilities, particularly in terms of speed of recruitment, skills and training,
  • Establish common practices and bases at international level and where relevant standardise processes (while leaving the offices free to adapt to local specificities),
  • Monitor the evolution of strategies and keep abreast of HR innovations,
  • Support the HR strategy, both internally and externally (ambassador of the Enea HR policy), and set the objectives,
  • Anticipate and adapt the internal HR organisation to Enea’s growth, adapting it to the needs of each growth period,
  • Define and support the group’s remuneration policy (salaries, profit-sharing, other social benefits) and ensure regular market benchmarks to evolve it.

Be the operational guarantor of Enea’s HR :

  • Identify, support and participate in all HR development projects (international mobility, skills management, reorganisation, creation of international offices, etc.),
  • Optimise the recruitment process: optimise current operations, participate in key interviews and improve the onboarding process for new employees,
  • Be the guarantor of the skills development process and the training plan,
  • Manage the local HR teams (staffing included) when they are already structured (Paris) and ensure the proper implementation and execution of HR processes in the local offices, structure the department as the company grows,
  • To support the Leadership Team to lead and make HR decisions in an effective and fair way
  • Representing the management with the personnel bodies (Paris) and ensuring the quality of social dialogue,
  • Supporting/coaching managers in all day-to-day HR issues, and set up retention practices,
  • To develop the various career paths, to manage evaluations and promotion committees. Identify and implement motivation and loyalty levers,
  • To support the culture and internal life of the company: to facilitate work between the different entities, in France and in the other Enea offices, to reinforce the rituals, to support improvements through short-loop feedbacks, to organise life in the office (office management, management of internal events).

Profil recherché

  • 10 years of successful experience in a similar position,
  • The candidate has proven successful an international environment and if fully fluent English,
  • Ability to manage teams in an international environment,
  • The candidate must be able to work in a multi-skilled environment and be able to intervene on various technical HR issues and on team support issues (coaching, support for operational staff),
  • We are looking for a generalist with a strong talent and acquisition development background, preferably in consulting or intellectual services – including managing cultural aspects a high growth context (hiring at a fast speed, external growth, reshaping of onboarding and learning and development strategies, structuring long-term partnerships with external and freelances)
  • Able to juggle different topics and level of details from strategic to operational in an efficient way,
  • Ability to manage HR function indicators,
  • The candidate must be able to work in a team environment and have a strong interest in the energy and climate transition sector and in meaningful projects,
  • Excellent communicator, well-organized, a leader and strategic thinker
