What you'll do

  • Lead projects to continuously develop our customer strategy initiatives on our main areas of cost, quality and revenue.
  • Grow our sales strategy with a with business development mindset.
  • Define contracts and service level agreements (SLA) incl. negotiation with global outsourcing partners.
  • Develop our Customer Strategy Team by being self-reliant in making decisions concerning your area.
  • Create a long term strategy for the teams.
  • Create impact on all Emma Markets and regions.
  • Analyze the relevant metrics incl. quality management.
  • Improve processes and participate in management meetings
  • Define global location and partner outsourcing strategy
  • Support recruiting of new customer strategy team members and offer guidance to grow them.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams, market, finance, operations and tech to ensure the collaboration and perfect alignment of our process to the operations.
  • Work in an international environment.
  • Who we're looking for

  • You have significant experience in project management, operations, or even business development.
  • You have exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and strong business sense.
  • Your negotiation skills have a firm proof of concept
  • You are fluent in English. Experiences in other languages are an advantage, but not essential
  • You have knowledge of working with CRMs, helpdesks, project management tools & solutions are an advantage.
  • Working with MS-Office is not unknown to you
  • You are passionate about customer value.
  • You are an open-minded team player
  • You have analytical skills and learn quickly
  • You like to take on responsibility and can work independently
  • You like to travel and meet new people
