Emeraude Escape, European leader in the corporate and digital Escape Game market, is looking for its future Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As the CEO’s right-hand man, you will manage the operational growth of the company by managing the teams: project manager, game designer, graphic designers, developers, decorators, electronic engineers, etc.

You will actively work with the CEO, the CTO and the Head of North America.

Operational missions

• Manage the teams
• Improve and strengthen processes within the team
• Implement and monitor short/medium/long term objectives
• Ensure the operational follow-up of projects
• Set up reporting and KPIs to allow us to monitor and understand our performance
• Identify, analyze and solve day-to-day problems.
• On-boarding new employees
• Support the CEO (Ensure certain calls and client meetings…)
• Reporting to the CEO

Mastering Adobe suite (AI, INDD, PSD) is a plus

German, Italian or Spanish is a plus

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar cross-functional or sales-oriented position including management. Experience in events, gaming or in digital is an advantage.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit, like to develop new projects and have an excellent transverse vision of the company.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and are known for your leadership.

Structuring, excellent communicator, federator and teacher with your teams to carry out large-scale projects.
