We are looking for our new microfluidics expert with experience in droplet microfluidics to join our team at the Innovation Unit. You will be in charge of developing technical solutions, microfluidic setups and instruments for our European research partners and our internal projects. Your missions will be the following:

• Work with our team on scientific projects around microfluidics to meet the needs and specifications of our research partners. Be a driving force to solve all the challenges you meet in a simple, audacious and clever way.

• Participate in the development of future microfluidic instruments of our range and develop microfluidic components and platforms for all scientific applications in our field.

• Implement all the side roads and crazy ideas that make sense to keep Elvesys at the forefront of innovation in the microfluidics sector.

To become the rockstar of the team, your profile is as follows:

• You have an engineering degree and a PhD related to microfluidics, preferably with experience in droplet generation and you are ready to work on multidisciplinary projects.

• You like working at the bench and being actively involved in the development of our technologies.

• You are scientifically rigorous, creative and pragmatic.

• You are able to think “outside the box” to find simple solutions to complicated problems, you are not afraid to tackle complex issues and you know how to quickly make them your own.

• You don’t like routine, and you can adapt quickly to changes in direction.

• You want to do meaningful work, and you want your participation in our research projects to help change the world.
