Elevo is looking for it’s first-ever Talent Acquisition Manager! Come join our stellar team and work closely with Marie and Aminata

As the company is entering a new phase of growth, it’s time for us to create this highly strategic function, with tremendous impact on our trajectory.

Your missions:

  • 🕵🏻 Source, interview and hire our new team members within all departments (Sales, Product, Tech, Marketing etc.) a big focus on Tech, Product and Design roles from junior to VP Level
  • 🦾 Be the driving force of all our Employer Branding projects
  • 🙌 Support all Elevo managers on recruiting (defining the roles for their teams, create job offers, assist with screening)
  • 🏗 Scale all our Talent Acquisition processes and iterate as we grow
  • 🎁 Offer an amazing candidate experience to all our applicants
  • 🌎 Contribute to strategic projects that have company-wide impact (increasing diversity of candidate pipelines, animating the referral program, participating in recruiting events …)

Profil recherché

  • You have 2 to 4 years of successfully sourcing and recruiting experience either in a recruitment firm or/and in-house recruitments, in a fast-paced context
  • You’ve already worked in English and French, you are fluent in both
  • Great interest in startup and SaaS culture/landscape
  • Deep experience leveraging social media, community sites, industry groups, and internet sourcing platforms to find hard to reach candidates
  • Ability of driving a day to day, full cycle recruitment, working on numerous recruitments simultaneously
  • You get things done, deliver fast, you are adaptable to a rapidly changing environment
  • High level attention to detail, self-starter, huge energy and passion for results

Déroulement des entretiens

1️⃣ First call (30 min) then in-depth interview with Aminata Head of People (1 hour)
2️⃣ In person workshop with Thibault COO and Aminata (60min)
3️⃣ Interview with Etienne CEO and Léo CTO (60 min)
4️⃣ Coffee with other team members (30min)
5️⃣ Final offer! ✨
