We are looking for an experienced profile to amplify our Product Marketing strategy and be in charge of messaging, and sales enablement strategy. You will be the perfect fit if you have an excellent understanding of users, strong communication skills and good copywriting skills.

💪 Your missions

Within the Marketing team, under the responsibility of the Marketing Director and in close collaboration with the Product and Business teams, your main tasks will be :

Value proposition and messaging

  • Build key messages that resonate with our market, drive acquisition and encourage adoption of products, innovations and features
  • Develop the Go to market strategy and ensure its implementation across all teams: Marketing, Product, Customer
  • Build all specifications and support teams in the creation of content and media: emails, landing pages, website updates, blog posts, videos…

Competitive & Ecosystem Expertise

  • Build personas and competitive analysis, especially for our new markets & ICP
  • Become the subject matter expert for our customer segments and markets

Sales Enablement

  • Conduct training for our Sales and CS teams to enable them to communicate the value proposition to customers and prospects
  • Prepare specifications for sales materials : pitch deck, battle cards, one pagers, email templates, etc.

Product Communication Strategy

  • Collaborate weekly with our Product team to participate in the Product Roadmap launch and define the Product Marketing positioning of our products, innovations and features

Profil recherché

  • Good English Proficiency
  • You have more than 2 years experience as a Product Marketing Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • You have a global understanding of the business, marketing and product challenges of a SaaS, ideally of the HR Tech market
  • You have already worked in Sales or with Sales teams, and you have a strong product orientation
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • You like to understand how things work and use logical thinking to solve problems
  • You are motivated by working in a hyper-growth organization where you can make decisions, be creative on a daily basis and have a real impact

Déroulement des entretiens

1️⃣ Interview with Selma, Marketing Director (60 min)
2️⃣ Screening call with Etienne, CEO (45 min)
3️⃣ Workshop restitution on-site, with 3-4 team members (60 min)
4️⃣ Meet the team (40 min)
