Your mission 🚀💪🏻

  • The planning and execution of multi-channel online lead generation campaigns, with a strong focus on inbound and outbound acquisition (by leveraging the content team deliverables)
  • Conducting persona-targeted nurturing scalable campaigns based on the different stages of the customer buying journey
  • Build and fine tune performant acquisition landing pages.
  • Drive our nurturing campaigns to activate our CRM contacts base from leads to SQLs.
  • Measure and track campaign performance, lead lifecycle, conversion and business results.
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops teams to enrich leads, optimize automation techniques, CRM Management, lead scoring and lead attribution.
  • Be responsible for all acquisition campaigns from brainstorm to reporting on all channels Paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Capterra/GetApp..) & Organic
  • Content distribution - Leverage a rich content roadmap to find new creative ways to amplify each content piece through organic and paid distribution strategies.
  • Organic traffic - Contribute to the SEO strategy and its implementation.
  • Tracking : improve the way we track conversions, marketing spendings and compute key performance metrics (CLA, CAC, LTV).
  • Reporting : Develop clear reporting with KPIs linked to the business to present to the Marketing Director & CEO.

Profil recherché

You will be a good fit for the role if have: 🎯

  • 2+ years of experience in Demand Generation (in B2B SaaS is a plus)
  • Understanding of marketing automation principles
  • Excellent grasp of the full spectrum of acquisition channels = SEM (SEO, SEA, SMO) + Marketplaces (Capterra/GetApp), etc
  • Experience in Lead scoring methodology and techniques
  • Data analysis
  • Able to define strategy, metric and execution plan on demand generation campaigns.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify & solve problems.
  • Growth Mindset = Willing to test, learn and improve and be challenged continuously
  • Teamplayer = Enjoys collaborating & confronting ideas without being frustrated
  • Data-Driven = Proficiency with analytics tools to drive clear and concise recommendations to the Marketing team & Founders
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills.
  • Fluency in French is a must
  • Experience in HR and SaaS is a plus
