Elevo is rapidely growing and we are looking for ou Head of People (DRH) who will drive the company during the next steps of growths. At Elevo we believe in the absolute importance of investing in our people and we are looking for someone who is aligned with these values.

Missions at Elevo

🚀 Scale company workforce from 30 to 100

  • Embody and expand Elevo culture and carry it though Elevo growth
  • Own all HR and administrative topics
  • Be a key part of creating Elevo hiring plan strategy
  • Own and drive organizational changes (structural, change management, etc.)
  • International : recruiting international talent and opening new offices

🤩 Talent acquisition, development and retention

  • In charge of our internal talent strategy from A to Z
  • Manage a TAM and oversee all sourcing and recruiting
  • Define talent development and retention policies
  • Propagate and re-enforce diversity within Elevo

🎙 Evangelist and Future of work

  • Represent Elevo as an HR company at HR events
  • Be an ambassador for Elevo mission and message to the HR word
  • Be part of the change for the next generation of company people management

📁 Legal

  • Ensure compliance with the social laws and regulations of the sector and countries
  • Supervise payroll
  • Anticipate future requirement as Elevo grows

Profil recherché

  • 7-15 years of professional experience in HR roles
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • You have a good knowledge of the main HR tech and best practices of the tech market, solid tech mindset, and tech culture.
  • You are well known for your solid communication skills (oral and written)
  • Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers
  • People-oriented and results-driven

Déroulement des entretiens

1️⃣ Screening (30 min) with Thibault Vilon (COO and Founder)
2️⃣ Interview (30 min) with Etienne Le Scaon (CEO and Founder)
3️⃣ Workshop prep at home (2 hours)
4️⃣ On site interviews (3-4 hours)
