About the Role 

 

We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team in the New York office and support the growth of the office.

You will be the driving force in attracting, sourcing and engaging with talent, coordinating the process end-to-end and ensuring they have the best candidate’s experience.

You will be reporting to the New York People & Talent manager and be part of the global HR team. 

 

Accountabilities 

·         Coordinating and owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, leading first-in-kind searches from outreach, managing applications, interviewing candidates, offers & conversion and onboarding 

·         Prioritise candidate experience with every candidate you connect with and seek to understand their motivations and long-term goals 

·         Work closely with the management and transversal teams to ensure recruitment pipeline addresses the skills and talent needed within the team as well as tracked and managed based on the business needs 

·         Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through on-going relationship management 

·         Identify and recommend ideas that could bring value in all bringing added value in all stages of the recruitment process from sourcing & attracting talent to optimizing existing processes to create exceptional experiences 

·         Drive the important of market data – keeping abreast of trends and provide key insights to internal stakeholders  

·         Develop strong relationships with global recruiting team; sharing best practices, involvement in global projects and new initiatives 

·         Act as an ambassador, Adopting and living by Ekimetrics’ values: Curiosity, Creativity, Excellence, Transmission and Pleasure.  

·         Maintain the people-centric culture that has been successfully established, continuing to be creative and thoughtful in our efforts to recruit talent and celebrating our organizational journey 

 

 

About You 

 

You are currently in recruiting role whether it be internal or agency with experience sourcing and managing candidates.

You get excited about the opportunity to be part of a growing organisation, be key driver in shaping the way we hire talent and the ability to create impact from day one. 

 

Desired Skills & Experience – (you don’t need to be able to tick them all!) 

·         Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates 

·         Experience recruiting technical profiles and skillset (e.g data science, data engineering, econometrics) 

·         Experience implementing creative approaches to talent acquisition, with knowledge of the latest creative resources and techniques including strong usage of Linkedin recruiter 

·         A great communicator, who forges strong relationships with your stakeholders, candidates and team demonstrating emotional intelligence. 

·         An out-of-the-box creative thinker. when things get tough you don’t give up but think of new ways of doing things. You like to test and Learn! 

·         Highly organised day to day, able to handle multiple tasks and projects at once, delivering on time to targets. 

·         Demonstrate resilience; keep pushing, try new things and cover the basics. Always be positive when things get tricky! 

·         You are data driven and always looking at past efforts to improve your work 

·         You act as an ambassador for our company values to external applicants. 

·         You believe in teamwork, and you are not afraid to ask question 

·         Love of technology and for being a part of a fast-growing, data science company 

·         Comfortable in an environment that moves quickly and requires you to wear a few different hats
