In a context of fundraising and international ambition, we are reinforcing the global marketing function.
Actively recruiting brand new functions, specifically Field marketing to support multiple countries in their goals and local development.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the global CMO, you will have a Global role focused on demand generation for 1 or several countries.
This role has 2 main dimensions: provide proactive and creative regional support to develop demand and brand awareness locally, as well as developing Digital practices within the company.
You will closely collaborate with GM and local teams to succeed.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to build high-impact inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that increase our brand awareness, generate new leads and engage existing customers.
You’ll work at a strategic and operational level, supporting revenue targets through the implementation of communication programs, as well as lead generation and nurturing campaigns, but also at a tactical level developing programs for specific industries and application areas.

You will get hands-on experience in the core areas of lead generation with a focus on outbound marketing, content marketing, paid media, and social media.

We’re looking for a bright, motivated candidate who is excited to learn and grow in a dynamic and ambitious environment.

More particularly your responsibilities will be:

  1. Strategise demand generation
    Create and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that support pipeline acceleration for specific industries, offers, countries (multi-touch marketing programs)
    Ensure consistency of company priorities through brand strategy and messaging in all materials and communication
    Work with multiple teams (data experts, though leadership team, agencies…) to develop targeted and engaging content to be leveraged for awareness, lead generation and prospecting
    Drive high value customer experiences focused on customer needs and progression through the buyer’s journey
    Build marketing automation intelligence for global purpose

  2. Generate leads
    Build continuous steady stream of leads (MQL and SQL) to meet targets
    Work with specific sales teams and regional general managers to understand their territories and accounts, and develop ad-hoc strategies to support their prospecting and customer engagement efforts (initiate ABM, initiate growth hacking if relevant etc)
    Perform detailed analysis of tactics, channels and offers with recommendations to improve our mix of programs at global level or by region
    Give visibility on lead gen plans, campaign tactics with other team members, to facilitate reuse and replication of best practices globally, and in each country
    Investigate and identify events and conferences relevant to our target market. Own our participation at global conferences and regional events on defined regions
    Drive and make recommendations on how to engage with our audience most effectively within digital channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, test and learn, messaging, creatives etc.)
    Build and deliver reporting and metrics on activity results, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. Use data to make adjustments and proactively identify trends and opportunities.
    Build and promote global framework to have a readable performance on your regions

  3. Contribute to content factory
    Strategize content strategy at the service of lead generation
    Bring our brand voice, tone, and style guide to life by advocating for and creating clear, consistent, and concise content
    Build integrated campaigns, stories, engaging contents to power up lead generation programs in multiple countries
    Write and edit demand generation campaign assets, including white papers, landing pages, webinars, videos, podcasts, use case…
    Partner with internal and external experts (Thought leadership team, central, consultants…), to capitalize on existing content, create killer content from scratch, orchestrate the best story, build innovative formats
    Measure, analyze, and report on how our content influences lead quality and engagement
    Research, test, and optimize content strategies to determine how to maximize pipeline flow
    Drive and make recommendations on how to engage with our audience most effectively with content (e.g. creative, messaging, cadence, frequency, smart sequence etc.)
    Build process & frameworks to helps regions produce quality content. Foster best practices sharing for global and local purpose
    Organize and manage global library of content to smooth re-use, and provide easy access to regions


Profil recherché

You will bring
5+ years in field marketing and demand generation
BA/BS required; Master’s degree preferred
Global experience required – APAC market knowledge appreciated
Experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of delivering marketing programs at scale
Entrepreneurial ‘can do’ approach with an adaptable, change-oriented mindset
Team player with the ability to foster strong relationships across multiple levels and functions within a global organization
Willingness to travel up to 30%
