We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to join Dialog as one of the first engineers and greatly impact the product and the technical stack.

You will work closely with Louis, our CTO, to build a world-class platform from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and test product features end-to-end, from the user interface to the API
• Work closely with the founders and product team to shape the platform
• Implementing coding best practices (clean code, test, typing…) and help us build a very high-quality codebase

• You have 2+ years of experience in full-stack web development with Javascript/Typescript
• Team player: You are focused on your team’s goal and know how to make your teammates better
• Focused on continuous improvement: you are always looking for a way to improve processes, key metrics (performance, DORA metrics…) and end-user satisfaction
• Ownership mentality: You like to take initiative and build features from conception to production
