About Roundtable

Roundtable is aiming to revolutionize private asset management by building a social platform to democratize investments in alternative assets in Europe (start-ups, private equity, art, crypto-assets, etc.).

Our vision is that alternative asset classes will grow fast in the coming years, as the returns of more traditional investments (real estate, stock markets, etc.) are decreasing, inflation is growing, and tech makes it easier than ever to democratize this type of investments outside of the Ultra High Net Worth sphere.

As a first step, Roundtable will be the go-to platform for everything related to angel-investing in startups. Roundtable will empower angel investors to invite their network to co-invest alongside them, automating all the regulatory and process flows under the hood.

Further down the line, we will open other asset classes (such as Venture capital or Private Equity) and aim to become the one-stop shop for non-professional investors for all alternative asset investments. To achieve our vision we need to build a premium brand around Roundtable.

Profil recherché

As Roundtable’s first Product Manager, you will work closely with Julien, Simon & Evan, the co-founders, Roundtable’s tech team, and eFounders product & design teams to build the first European social investment platform.
You’ll be responsible for building a concrete plan and executing it every single day along the following dimensions:

Product discovery

  • You will work hand-in-hand with the CPO & CEO on customer research to discover pain points and needs through qualitative and insights.

  • You will develop a data-driven approach to understand and exploit conversion, engagement, and growth levers.

Product strategy

  • You will craft the product vision based on data collected from users, teammates’ feedback, analysis, benchmarks, etc.
  • You will help turn Roundtable’s strategy into a well-thought roadmap and set of OKRs: you will make sure that we’re building the right features.

Product delivery

  • You will be responsible for the well-paced execution of sprints, by maintaining tight collaboration with engineers and designers to ensure our delivery is smooth, and our backlog is always tidy
  • You will create top-notch wireframes and write clear accompanying specs.
  • You will lead QA to ensure that all features shipped are bug-free and analyze features’ performance.

Product culture

  • You will help improve our processes to grow Roundtable into a product-driven company with iteration and user feedback at the core of our culture.

About you

  • Experience - you have 4+ years of experience in Product Management. An experience working on a networked or finance app is a plus.

  • Customer-obsessed: you know that user feedbacks are crucial to product development. You have empathy for users, like interacting with them and putting yourself in their shoes.

  • Data-driven: you are used to using qualitative (user feedback) and quantitative (metrics & analytics) data to prioritize the roadmap. You are at ease with modern analytics tools. Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.

  • Wireframe master - You’re proficient in wireframing your ideas, and you’re in charge of iterations with the design team. Experience in Figma is a plus, as this is the tool we use.

  • Ownership mentality: you are a doer and have a bias for action, no task is below you. You like to own projects from start to finish.
